Session 1 (1h40)
Connected objects and innovative technologies in medical research

This session will gather international experts on the question of the use of connected objects and digital technologies in medical research (epidemiology, clinical research, social sciences). Scientific experts will give state-of-the-art presentations of fascinating past and current research projects involving such technologies.

Connected objects and innovative technologies in medical research
 

Three e-posters sessions are organized during the conference. They will cover all the themes of the conference. The e-poster sessions will take place in the main room and each presenting author will have 5mn to present his/her work. An e-poster contest will be organized and the jury, composed by members of the Scientific Committee and guest experts, will select the best e-poster presentation which will receive a price during the closing ceremony of the conference.

e-tools and Big Data: technical and methodological challenges for medical research
 

There is much hype about the emergence of connected objects and e-Health, which justifiably raises numerous scientific, technological, methodological and logistical issues. These questions will be addressed during this session by experts in the field.

Three e-posters sessions are organized during the conference. They will cover all the themes of the conference. Elevator Pitch  

This session is dedicated to the private sector. Presenting participants will have 4 minutes to advertise their products or skills. This session is particularly appropriate for start-up companies who did not rent a stand during the conference and who seek to develop collaborations or public-private partnerships.
